Business Automation: What You’re Missing Without It


One of the main ideas most businesses are either using to their advantage or maybe ignoring to their disadvantage is business automation. Are you in a business that provides services? Or maybe you have marketing teams that sell products/services online? Or are you a small business with limited teams and time?
For example, say you have an influx of leads or contacts, and your marketing team doesn’t have time to attend to all in one day, what happens here? Or say your sales team has to do a specific number of follow ups from the start of the week but there isn’t enough time? Or what if one of your main pivot teams are sick? What are the consequences if you’re unable to meet these demands? Will you lose time? Investment? Or worst of all, customers?
